These little bombs of sweetness go by many names — most commonly Neapolitan or Pink Lady squares. To me, they are simply my Grandma’s Pink Squares.
They feature a gluten-free graham cracker base, a luscious coconut condensed milk filling, and a dreamy buttercream frosting, tinted to pink perfection with the sweetness of maraschino cherry juice.
